	TOP O' THE MORNING APPLE HONEY BISCUITS

2 Cups peeled and chopped apples 1/2 cup Sue Bee Honey 1 cup chopped nuts 2 tablespoons melted margarine or butter T tablespoon SPICE ISLAND ground cinnamon2 packages Grand biscuits TONES cinnamon sugar Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin pan with non stick vegtable coating. Combine apples, honey, nuts and margarine and the 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Roll each biscuit out to form a circle twice the original size. Put 1 tablespoon of mixture in the center of each rolled out biscuit. Gather edges of biscit together over the filling and dip in the cinnamon sugr. Place edges down into the muffin tin. Drizzle 1 tsp. honey over top of each. Bake for about 20 minutes or until tops are browned and center is cooked. Makes 6 apple filled biscuits.
