Stroganoff 
16 oz. Filet or Sirloin sliced 3/8" thick 2" to 3" long. (Less expense cut of meat can be used but it is not as good.)3 cloves of garlic minced1 medium onion chopped1 small package of mushrooms quartered1 pkg DURKEE Stroganoff seasoning mix1 can mushroom soup1/2 cup of cream or milk8 oz. sour cream1/2 cup Reunite Blanco Wine or other sweet wine1 pkg wide noodles-cooked per directions (Rice can be substitued)Olive oilLowery seasoning salt (try DURKEE)Saute' meat rare (use a little seasoning salt) in olive oil and put aside. Add a little more oil and saute onion, mushrooms and garlic until onions are translucent and mushrooms that are a perfect color. Salt and pepper to taste while cooking. Add mushroom soup, DURKEE seasoning and wine and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes then add meat and sour cream and heat well. Meat should be medium rare for best flavor. Serve over hot noodles or rice.Serves: 4
