	Snowman Cheese Ball

Makes 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. eachPrep Time: 15 minutesTotal Time: 1 hour 15 minutes1 container (8 oz.) cream cheese spread2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives or green onions1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted1/4 tsp. DURKEE ground red pepper to taste1/4 cup 100% grated parmesan cheesePeppercorns - for eyes and mouth1 baby carrot - for noseMix: cream cheese spread, cheddar cheese, chive, almonds and DURKEE red pepper until well blended; cover and refrigerate 1 hour.Divide: mixture into 3 different -sized balls (1 small, 1 medium and 1 large). Coat with parmesan cheese. Arrange on serving platter in a line to resemble a snowman lying down. (Largest ball should be at the bottom of serving plate for base of snowman) Decorate with peoppercorns for the eyes and mouth. Add a carrot for the nose.Serve with crackers and cut-up fresh vegetable dippers, such as carrot sticks and celery sticks.
