Grilled Beef Steaks with Ancho Chili Rub
1 tbsp. DURKEE ground ancho chili powder3/4 tsp. SPICE ISLAND minced garlic1 1/2 tsp. SPICE ISLAND dried oregano leaves, crushed1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder1 tsp. freshly grated orange peel1/2 tsp. SPICE ISLAND ground cinnamon4 sirloin tip center steaks, cut 1-inch thick [about 8 oz each] or 4 T-bone steaks cut 1 inch thick [about 10 oz. each]Combine chili powder, garlic, oregano, cocoa powder, orange peel and cinnamon. Press evenly onto steaks. Place the steaks on the grill over medium ash covered coals. Grill covered, 11 to 13 minutes for medium-rare doneness, turning once. Do not over cook!Serves 4
