For 1 pint yield, use 3 Tbsp. of mix, 1 cup of milk, and 1 cup of Mayonnaise. For 1 quart yield, use 1/3 cup of mix, 2 cups milk, and 2 cups of mayonnaise. For 1 gallon yield, use 1 1/4 cups of mix, 2 quarts of milk, and 2 quarts of mayonnaise. Mix well with a wire whip or electric mixer. Let dressing stand for 10 minutes. For a dip, add 3 Tbsp. of dressing mix to 1 pint of sour cream. NOTE: For low calorie, low fat dressing, mix with reduced or non-fat mayonnaise and skim milk.
