A blend of chili peppers and red pepper with a rich chili flavor with some heat. It is a deep reddish brown color

This is the key ingredient for many Mexican dishes. Add cumin, garlic and oregano to create a unique chili powder. Or use to season Southwestern soups, sauces, entrees or appetizers.

Add while cooking for a distinctive, Mexican flavor profile. Start by using 1/2 - 1/4 tsp. per serving.
